I hereby absolve and hold harmless the Nekoosa Ambulance Service, its employees, the City of Nekoosa, the Nekoosa Giant Pumpkinfest and all sponsors from any liability for injuries incurred by me while participating in the Nekoosa Ambulance Run the Pumpkin. I further assume full responsibility for my physical fitness and capability to perform under the normal conditions of this event. I further provide that this consent and waiver applies to heirs, executors or assignees. I further grant permission to this event or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose.
